Find your finish
Two ranges. One space that’s yours.
Choose the practical finish of an Essential Pod or the professionally plastered interior of a Premium Room / Office. Start with the way you want to use it.
Both include foundations, delivery, on-site installation, insulation, flooring, internal electrics and double glazing. House-to-room electrical connection, extra glazing and upgraded finishes are priced with your project.

Canopy garden room
Size
6m × 3m
Exterior
Teak smooth composite
An 18m² footprint with a defined canopy frontage and warm teak composite finish. Use this larger garden room as a starting point for planning separate furniture zones and a comfortable route through the room.
Built for a homeowner who wanted a separate place to read, relax and enjoy the garden. The compact canopy design combines olive green cladding with an insulated interior and electrics.
A smaller canopy garden room designed to add useful space while retaining the garden around it. Teak composite cladding, insulation, lighting and electrics create a practical room with a modest footprint.
Make room for a more focused working day, time together or a hobby you love. Choose the purpose first, then the size, layout and finish that suit your garden.
01 / Work
A garden office
A calmer working day, without the commute. Create a separate place for focused work and calls, with a desk position that makes the most of the garden view.
Plan daylight, sockets and internet around your desk. Choose the practical Pod finish or a plastered Premium interior.
A compact space with a clear purpose. Give your hobby, home office or creative project its own corner of the garden, with a practical finish you can make your own.
The Essential Pod combines OSB-lined walls, laminate flooring, insulation and internal electrics. A useful option when you prefer a simpler interior.
Oeco is the supplier. Oeco handles the quotation, customer contract, payment, installation and aftercare.
What is the difference between a Pod and a Room/Office?
The Pod is Oeco’s Essential range with OSB-lined walls. The premium Room/Office range has a professionally plastered interior and a higher specification. Ask Oeco for the full current specification for your chosen size and finish.
What should I check in a quotation?
Ask for the total price and a written account of foundations, delivery, installation, electrics, heating, finishes and any site-specific work. Confirm what is optional before committing.
Can I see an Oeco building before deciding?
Visit Oeco’s indoor showrooms in Ripon to experience the buildings, compare finishes and discuss your plans with the supplier.
Will I need planning permission?
That depends on the building, site and property. Ask Oeco to discuss the proposal, and check the applicable requirements before ordering.
